Dunkin' - Madison Center

Received an Ice cold frozen breakfast sandwich, my coffee was incorrect amd had things floating inside and apparently the coffee espresso machine was broken. Terrible service.

Worst attitude of service ever. Ordered 2 coffees and a donut on way home at 7:30 pm. The girl making the coffees was screaming and yelling about how she's getting pissed off that people were in the drive through because they close in 30 min. If she didn't want to make the coffees she could have explained before taking our order.

I ordered ahead for pickup. Sounds simple. 1 coffee a wrap and a bottle of water.They forgot the water, and when I went in, they told me it was in the case. So, handy drive through. You still have to go in and get some of your order.

Ordered 2 coffees and a bagel thru the drive thru. Pulled away and went to eat the bagel once we got on the highway. Realized we recieced an old fashioned donut instead of the bagel. Called and was told because we weren't in the area anymore there wasn't anything they could do. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Last time I'll be visiting

Terrible service. Messed up hot chocolate and loaded hash browns. Will not return. Service not good at all.
