The BB... read more Typically, we can't go wrong with a Braums burger. They are usually pretty good for drive-thru. This time, I thought I'd try the new Gouda Burger. Yikes! The BBQ sauce soaked the bottom bun, and the chicken was so thin and just sad. I think they tried to overcompensate with an abundance of jalapeños. It was food for lunch. I ate it. Sadly, the tea was absolutely terrible. Had to pour it out.

I ended up waiting for 15 minutes while watching seven cars go by in the drive-thru, so I decided to go... read more I was asked to pull forward and wait for two milkshakes. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes while watching seven cars go by in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. I waited another five minutes and could see our two shakes being prepared. The girl seemed to take forever wiping them down. When she finally handed them to me, they were more like chocolate milk than actual shakes. I had to ask the manager to remake them for me. Additionally, the inside of the store was filthy!

Chicken strips are dry and gristled. The gravey was the consistency of thin hot soup. Fries were cold. My burger was fresh and hot. Horrible tomatoes.
