very popular place to eat breackfast, lunch, brunch or dinner. large selection of food and drinks. the diversity of people in this area. they need to have a lot of time to explore the environment of hardies and appreciate it. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Upperdeck:
Whilst previously having experienced 4 star quality service, yesterday we arrived with our 3 small dogs (because we read they were pet friendly) but they don't alow dogs. The market next door was not a problem though. Pity View all feedback.
The Upper Deck is perfect to watch a rugby game and drink a few springbokkies with friends. The atmosphere is fantastic, you immediately feel like you can relax and just enjoy the evening. The food is normal pub type food and does the trick for what you want out of the evening. I would say that service is friendly, but overall very slow.
A nice and casual pub with regular pub food, affordable drinks and live music. Nice outside seating as well as indoor where you can hang out with friends, meet locals and even watch live sports on a big screen. Really nothing fancy about this place, but if you are in town and you want to knock back a few, this is the place to go.
Very friendly staff lovely food and atmosphere with good music , the entrance is just a little confusing for a first time visitor because it looks and feel like you are driving past it into the dark
S and I arrived here on Tuesday for lunch. We shared an eisbein and then the chicken starter. Had the Irish Red craft beer. Eisbein was very big. I'm glad we shared. We both enjoyed the Irish Red. The chicken was marinated and was tasty. Service was very quick. It was very pleasant and cool under the thatch umbrellas.
The food was tasty and the atmosphere was fantastic! The live music really added to the vibe. The prices were a bit high, but the service was good. It can get crowded on public weekends. The Mojo jam jar is always my favorite.
