Unfortunatel... read more During a day trip from Chicago to Milwaukee, we decided to have dinner at Waders. Our group of 10 ordered a variety of dishes from the dinner menu. Unfortunately, we all agreed that this was one of the worst restaurants we have ever tried! Personally, I ordered a shaved beef dish, but when it arrived, it looked like a mess of leftovers on a plate. The dish was mushy, flavorless, and topped with a sour sauce that made me feel sick. After only a few bites, I couldn't stomach it anymore and left it uneaten. The steak was cooked per... read more We tried the steak night deal and it was an incredible value! We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the first night. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Guinness was also great. The large fire added a cozy touch to the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations on places to visit in the area. There were some locals at the bar, but it quieted down early in the evening, which was a bit disappointing. Some background music would have been a nice addition.
