What Mark M dislikes about Star 63:
If you enjoy eating cold, two-day-old burnt bacon, then this is the place for you. I couldn't stomach it, and the hash browns were also overcooked and burnt. The food and service at this restaurant were excellent, especially considering we were a large group of men. Everything was done very professionally. The service was top-notch, the meal was a breakfast, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the pancakes.

When passing through Macon, skip the other chain restaurants and make a stop at the Family Diner. You won't be disappointed. They excel at what they do, especially when it comes to breakfast and lunch. As Texans, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and generous portions of delicious Southern cuisine. It was the perfect way to end a long day of hard work and satisfy our hunger.
