We had a wonderful time at Macon. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and plenty of outdoor seating, which was a great option given the lovely weather on the day of our visit. Our server was very friendly and offered us excellent suggestions when we discovered that they were out of Gator tail. We definitely want to come back and try it next time! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Parish On Cherry:
From open till close food quality should not change, not sure what type of fish they use for the fish and Chips, or fish basket. It is not a good fish, very mild in favor with a flaky white meat that Immulate's Codfish without the good sweet taste of Cod. The staff in this place are absolutely as far as professionalism, the environment is very calming. And I have to honestly say the fish was very salty for some part... View all feedback.
It was the best Cajun food I have eaten in a very long time. And I know Cajun food....Frog legs were delicious, shrimp gumbo made with roux, and crawfish jambalaya. Sharon had the shrimp, also great. Definatly will be back.
Our group went to Parish for dinner during Bragg Jam. We loved the atmosphere and patio music. We ordered several appetizers and they came right out. We all ordered different entrees and they were all delicious. The Flounder was the best I have ever had. My sister ordered the Macon Bacon Salad and it was awesome. Our waiter was Payton and he was great. He was quick and very efficient. We will definitely go back.
Love this place!! The food never disappoints and the service is always excellent! The Macon bacon on the appetizer menu is a must try!!
My hubby and I live in Central Florida and went for brunch while visiting family. I had bottomless mimosas and he had **** marys, the fried oyster po-boys were delicious. We most definitely will be coming back to eat, can’t get the chocolate beignets out of my head!
The best food around!! I highly recommend this establishment
