They gave me the hardest chicken sandwich last night after they got an attitude with me because I couldn’t hear them good on the intercom. My stomach has been hurting since last night. I’m about to go back up there and file a formal complaint

I waited 45 minutes for a famous bowl, two chicken strips, and sides of corn and green beans. We weren't informed that the food would take so long. We were told to park because the chicken strips needed to cook, and after waiting an additional 25 minutes, we had to go inside to get our own food. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Save your time and money.

If I could give them a zero I would. The crispy fried chicken was horrible. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and dipped back in the grease the next day. The ice machine didn't work. Some of the workers was really nice but that's about it. The colonel takes really good pictures because he didn't participate in cooking that bad tasting food.The restaurant can really use a cleaning in the dining area.

Went this evening 7/10/22 ordered a 4pc with Mac and cheese as my side with a 6pc wing they tell me they only have 5 wings I said that's fine get food I have mash potatoes instead of Mac they say oh we out of Mac! Not to mention they thru the BBQ sauce on didn't even shake it up! Ridiculous
