My friend, I made a short stop before we went downtown to get something sweet. The cupcakes are very light and moist and the icing ratio is perfect! They were also not overwhelmingly sweet as other places. Thank you for this wonderful first impression!

Felicia's Cake Factory is really a great experience! They allow you to order via the phone, personally and online for pickup and for delivery orders. Your range of products is so extensive and delicious it is really great! You have several varieties of cupcakes, cakes, cake slices, cakes in a glass, cookies, brownies, banana pudding and candy apples just to name some of my favorites?! I also love the fact that their prices are very reasonable and the products are super delicious! It also carries the extras you need to give a product like balloons and cards! So you should meet this bakery and its regular and special items that will surely meet your sweet tooth!!

I loved the theming of our cupcakes. The flavor was wonderful, and they were a good value for the price. My kids loved the macaroons and we had a pleasant conversation with the person who helped us.

We ordered a cupcake tower and cake from Felicia pretty last minute for our wedding and she did such an amazing job. She paid close attention to our color scheme and decor, making sure her frosting would match my bridal party. Felicia was easy to work with, responsive and, most importantly, a talented baker. The cupcakes were not just beautiful but delicious.
