They have great customer service and they have sweet messages on they're bags and straws, etc. Didn't know they only sell sandwiches, but it tasted good and probably better because they we're so sweet. I got the original with lettuce tomato and a sweet tea. They give you all the sauces you want with no hassle as well, which is great.

You are instructed to go sit down and wait for someone to come take your order. Kind of off-putting, really. What happens if all the tables are full, do you then just stand there in the doorway and wait? Additionally, I get annoyed having to always ask for a menu, like, I don't memorize the dang thing, just give me a menu card please!?‍

I ordered online at 8:00am and I’m here 20 minutes later still in the back of the line. Come on Chick Fil A. I get you guys are always busy but damn.
