My son has a gluten and dairy intolerance, and this Chick-fil-A is one of the few places where we feel at ease dining out. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, and they take great care to prevent any gluten contamination. We really appreciate the management and staff for their diligence! Thank you! What Jasmin Solomon doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I visit this location frequently since I live nearby, but my food is usually served cold. Today, I decided to try a salad, and I was extremely disappointed with the Cobb salad. The lettuce was brown and looked dirty. I also tried to call to express my concerns, but couldn’t reach anyone. View all feedback.
What a catastrophe. some genie decided they should try to act like a restaurant, not a fast food facility. they come in must sit on a table and wait until someone come to take their order to take their order. I don't wait 10 minutes for my dinner yet. I don't know who that was, who thought that was a good idea, but it's not your almost food restaurant like one.
First time here, ever. They have great customer service and they have sweet messages on they're bags and straws, etc. Didn't know they only sell sandwiches, but it tasted good and probably better because they we're so sweet. I got the original with lettuce tomato and a sweet tea. They give you all the sauces you want with no hassle as well, which is great.
Great customer service and my 3 yr old enjoyed her food and fun on the kids playground.
Food and service were great, as usual for Chick-fil-A, but this location had a weird twist. They don't let you order at the counter if you are dining in. You are instructed to go sit down and wait for someone to come take your order. Kind of off-putting, really. What happens if all the tables are full, do you then just stand there in the doorway and wait? Additionally, I get annoyed having to always ask for a menu, like, I don't memorize the dang thing, just give me a menu card please!
I was surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve never known a Chick-fil-A to get bad reviews really. But it was an easy on off stop for us so we chose to go here anyway. The service was good, the food good as expected. Maybe we lucked out but I’d stop here again.
