My son has a gluten and dairy intolerance, and this Chick-fil-A is one of the few places where we feel at ease dining out. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, and they take great care to prevent any gluten contamination. We really appreciate the management and staff for their diligence! Thank you! What Jasmin Solomon doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I visit this location frequently since I live nearby, but my food is usually served cold. Today, I decided to try a salad, and I was extremely disappointed with the Cobb salad. The lettuce was brown and looked dirty. I also tried to call to express my concerns, but couldn’t reach anyone. View all feedback.

I've been a loyal fan for over 20 years, and for the past decade, I've been a regular at the Bass Road location. However, yesterday, I ordered lunch for my family, and the nuggets tasted burnt and possibly cooked in old oil. I've tried calling the restaurant, but the phone has gone straight to voicemail since then. Unfortunately, the food made me sick. I even took a picture of the nuggets but haven't been able to reach anyone. I'm really disappointed and feel that a digital media campaign is my last resort.
I recently stepped into the Bass Rd. CFA to pickup a mobile app order and the team working was not friendly, refused to make eye contact, and my chicken literally was burned. I dine in at the Tom Hill Rd location regularly for breakfast and that team isamazing. This team looked and acted like they were being forced to work. Bad service and food quality makes you just anotherfast food chain. I may start driving past this location and go to Tom Hill all the time.
Just ate there food was great but service slow. I went to get a refill and couldn't get anyone to even look at me! Finally the guy working the outside widow pointed to me! This is where we usually stop on our trips to Savannah and this is the first time Ihave seen it like this! Not Chick fil A standards! ????
I might have just caught this location on Bass Rd in Macon on a bad night. The sit-down service was unusually slow, likely due to not having enough staff in today's environment. However, the employees who were present were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, the fries were cold and greasy, and the unsweetened tea was mistakenly served from the sweet tea container. Additionally, the ladies' restroom was out of toilet paper. While I appreciate the changes being made to the business, I personally prefer the old system where I could walk up to the counter, place my order, and receive it almost immediately, like I did a few months ago at this location!
