Chef patrizia is an amazing, instinctive cook. at my first visit I had a plate of carta musica, music paper, a thin, thin Sardinian brot, layered and. with wild fennel and local cheese baked. so easy, but so delicious. cucina povere, the simple cooking of land farmers, they used what they had, and what they found in the wild. a primi of curlugliones, a traditional type of ravioli, a little bag that is actually braided at one end, in a wonderful tomato sauce, was just as delicious. a dessert of traditional roasted baked stuffed with the best ricotta cheese and served with honey, the best we had on sardinia. da gigi is so good that we went out of the way to feed again and were not disappointed. if they find themselves near macomer, and even if they have to go out of the way, this is not to miss a restaurant. the hotel margine is located in the center of the city. I dream to go back.
