While the salmon... read more I really hope today was just an ?off? day for this establishment. I ordered a standard poke bowl with two different proteins: salmon and tuna. While the salmon was top notch, the tuna was brown and discolored due to oxidation (which means it has beenleft out for too long). Fresh tuna should be a deep, beautiful red. This mistake made everything 100x less appetizing. Iwould like to think that proper storage could prevent this from happening in the future!

A great option for anyone looking for fresh delicious food, that isn't just your typical all friedAmerican foods. Staff is also incredibly helpful and kind.
