Doors are locked so I can't go in. I will be going out of the way to go to a different arbys from now on.

We gave this Arby'... read more The last few times we've visited Arby's, the fries have been cold. This time, one large fry order was missing, and the fries were cold again! We gave this Arby's another chance, but the fries were still cold. I also tried to email them, but the message wouldn't go through. My husband, who recently had knee replacement surgery, had to leave the cart because the restaurant doors were locked. To get fresh, hot fries, he would have had to wait in the long drive-thru line all over again.

The fries wer... read more Terrible experience at this Arby's. I waited a long time just to place my order. I was expecting fresh, hot food, but that wasn't the case at all. The fries were cold, the cheese on the French dip wasn't melted, and the meat was also cold. Even the Arby's sauce wasn't warm. I will never return to this location—completely disappointing.
