The food here was excellent, as always. However, during my visit, I noticed a girl behind the counter applying her makeup, which I found very unsanitary and unprofessional. I think I'll have to look for another location next time, as I prefer my pizza without any facial foundation powder as a topping.

When I called to complain, the woman I spoke with told me that the manager personally prepared the food and has been doing so for 40 years, claiming it was perfect. However, it tasted like it had been cooked for 40 years. The customer service was also very disappointing.

He then called someone else over to help, but she seemed quite confused about my order. It was as if they were joking around. The service was so poor that I couldn't believe it.

I like their salads especially because you can get a very large salad unlike most other established pizza places. Jet 's and Domino 's salads are a joke.. You order a large because it 's the biggest they have, it costs way too much for what you get, and it 's tiny.. Passport, you order a family size salad (which I usually do) it 's like $13 and you can eat it for 3 days. I like their pizza because it 's less cookie cutter than your other name-brand establishments. They have great topping options. I also like the fact they have other food options as well. Wings, subs. They used to have ribs but got rid of those..but that 's no reason to leave a bad review. I know others probably would.. People can be so demanding and be such crybabies.. Delivery usually takes about 45+ min. I know others complain about the delivery times but idk why people have such a BRING IT TO ME NOW!!! demand when ordering delivery. It 'll come, calm down.. Don 't like it, GO PICK IT UP!! Or, just order it a little earlier and you 'll be just fine. I 've been ordering from here for years. I like it.
