It's been a while since I've experienced decent service, let alone exceptional service, but this time it was truly impressive.

If you use the drive-thru, good luck getting them to bring you your missing items. When I called to inquire, they argued with me, told me to come in to retrieve it, and then hung up. One employee even threatened to hit my 15-year-old son. It seems that more than half of the staff might be under the influence, which could explain their poor performance. I've personally witnessed their manager, Rae, become so high on pills that she struggled to stay awake. The cleanliness of the place is appalling; the floors are filthy and littered with trash, and I've seen cockroaches scurrying around in the back. I know someone who worked there and managed to capture a video of the unsanitary conditions. When he posted it on Facebook, they threatened to fire him if he didn’t remove it. This establishment is utterly unacceptable.
