She seemed unable to comprehend what I... read more I visited the restaurant at midnight on March 20, and I am certain that the female staff member was under the influence. She seemed unable to comprehend what I was saying and appeared completely out of it. The service was extremely poor, and I believe she should be let go and provided with some support for her issues.
