I ordered food online for a party of 10 people and everything arrived on time and exactly as requested. The meal was still warm when I brought it home and the food was all delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, overall a great experience.
We ordered the SUPER meal for $50.99 and inquired about the oil change at the restaurant, as we prefer our chicken and potatoes to be a golden brown color. Neli informed us that they have a daily filter system in place for oil cleaning. We also asked for the ligaments to be boiled until soft, and requested a side of Cole Slaw. Our order was ready in 20 minutes, and we took it home. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the ligaments were soft and flavorful. The Cole Slaw was fresh and delicious. We believe all Chicken Shacks should prepare their food like this location.
I visited for the first time and it was excellent! The food was crispy and tasted amazing. For my experience, I opted for takeout for dinner. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5!
I am very disappointed in Chicken Shack. I placed an online order with doordash . I never received confirmation of my order. The order was delivered and fifteen minutes later another order was delivered. I even texted the driver #2) to let them know an order was already delivered. When I called Chicken Shack they very rudely said, you will have to take that up with doordash . I called doordash and was on hold for at least 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, she said, sorry but it shows that you have 2 orders placed. Didn 't Chicken Shack see that there were 2 identical orders for the same person? Very poor customer service. They just lost a loyal customer. Food: 1 Service: 1
