McDonalds Mackay East

There is not much to say except that all McDonald's locations taste the same. However, I must admit that their Chai Latte is perfect.

The service was excellent, all the young staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food came very fast, plus they told us to sit down after ordering and bought everything to our table.

I have been a regular customer at the East Mackay location and have noticed a decline in both the staff and the business. The store manager seems to only focus on the drive-thru station, with the McCafe staff struggling and asking for help to no avail. The young man who appears to be a coordinator in the cafe works tirelessly and is a valuable asset to the team. It is disappointing to always experience long wait times on busy mornings due to a lack of staffing. Something needs to be done to address these issues.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I experience a long wait. I believe that having additional staff or more cooking stations would improve the situation. The restaurant is typically clean, but they frequently run out of coffee cards. As a result, I have missed out on receiving a free coffee after purchasing 10.

We needed a coffee fix after attending netball trials. Unfortunately there was a very large queue into drive through but eventually made it. We asked 4 times for a short black and got a long black!
