An amazing place. eating is good, but the best was the mood and the workers. they were really nice and with a good service. we went a group of friends on a Friday night when they had karaoke at night, and it was them. best night in madeira. so a beautiful place. we ate many others there. it was a cool mood and really enjoyable. the straks were particularly good. eating was also within a reasonable price, not too expensive.

Went here during our holiday, we wanted to try local cuisine. It was very good and delicious! Prices are okay and the portions are huge! Staf is kind

Not worth it. Super average food, stafff does not speak any English at all. Really bad value for money. Worst place in Machico that we visited.

OMG the food at O Casco is the best in Machico by far the food gets better all the time when I go here its full of flavours cooked perfectly the meat just Melts in your mouth and the take good care of you here...as well for the first time I tried fish with banana together and it was wow amazing out of this world it really works well and the flavours your get it's just amazing if you want real food top quality food and Service is good here but the lie to you saying the card machine is not working at all but the locals can use the card they did this in front of me and lied to my face I was really up set telling me to get cash only but I paid first night with card with no problem then telling me on the second and third to get cash and no card payments but they was letting locals pay with card

My advice to the chef of this restaurant: don’t pour the sauce on inedible things, like shrimps with shells. Because how to peel a shrimp? Put fingers in that mayonnaise-tomato sauce? It is disgusting. Fish was dry. Sorry.
