The cake itself was fluffy, flaking into somewhat damp crumbles with every bite, falling off like the petals of a wilted flower in the wind. The Citrus aftertaste from the orange zest would linger in the mouth for even dozens of minutes. Chinesa is a Madeiran name for coffee with milk, which was mild and very delicious with the pound cake.

The staff are friendly, the beer is great, the pastries and sandwiches are also good. They will happily change a 50 Euro for you and you are treated like a regular after your 2nd or 3rd visit. I cannot fault them.
