Next time you're on the TCH eastbound and you're hungry..stop in MacGregor. Hampton Cafe. Home made EVERYTHING! Bread, soup, burgers, perogies, baked goods, plus a huge selection of take home foods. Absolutely delish. Superb service.
Ordered from here a bunch of times and not worth it. Service is ok because you usually have to wait longer then they tell you. Food is over priced and usually lacking quality or over done.
I recently moved to MacGregor for work, and quickly I came to appreciate the Hampton Cafe. The staff is friendly, and the food is great. Well worth the stop if you are heading through the area.
Would recommend to anyone travelling through. Great food, great price, nice and clean! Family friendly dining and food options.
We stopped in to MacGregor on our road trip home. This is your typical small town cafe with locals working and others sharing stories of the good old days over coffee! It is a small restaurant with very nice people. We were lucky to stop in on a Thursday and snapped up some fresh cinnamon buns, your grandma's best buns here!! Worth another stop on the way home, mmmm good!
