I wish I could give this place zero stars. Not only were the staff rude to my friends and me, but they also got two out of our three orders wrong, leaving out several items. The only bright spot was the blonde manager, who apologized for the behavior of her disrespectful employees.
I ordered a chocolate chip muffin but was given a blueberry muffin instead.
I have been getting the refresher from this company for a year now. I use to get it with coconut milk but they took it away. Since the. I have gotten almond milk because I don’t like the other options of green tea or water. They wouldn’t do it for me at this location even though they have almond milk in the store. What kind of dumb policy is this? If I want it with almond milk figure out how to ring it up and make the drink. I never have issues with the one by me so I will definitely not be back to this location. Ridiculous that you’re going to tell someone it’s policy. Up charge me then and get the drink made.

I come here consistently. Yesterday, I did a mobile order for a sandwich and my coffee. I get to the store and they say they cannot make any food today and offered me donuts instead. I simply said no thank you and asked for a refund on the sandwich. I was then told I need to go through the app but that's never how this has been handled by other dunkins with similar issue. They simply refunded me right in the store.
