From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt incredibly refined, elegant, and thoughtfully executed. The restaurant offers a very sophisticated interpretation of Cantonese fine dining, using premium ingredients with impressive precision and balance. Standout dishes included the Gillardeau oyster, Kegani crab dumpling, cordyceps soup with sea conch, South African abalone, and the lychee wood roasted goose. Every course was beautifully presented while still feeling focused on flavor rather than unnecessary complexity. The atmosphere was calm, intimate, and luxurious, with excellent attention to detail throughout the dining room. Service was also outstanding, professional, attentive, and very polished without ever feeling overwhelming. I am not usually a fan of Chinese cuisine, but this place made me love it! I highly recommend trying the tasting set - it's delicious. The only downside is that the restrooms are located upstairs, but they are very clean. I suggest making a reservation in advance as the restaurant is usually busy. They also offer private rooms for a minimum stay. Overall, a great dining experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch degustation, accompanied by top-notch royal service. I will definitely return. A reservation is essential. I am already missing it.
