Although the restaurant come on the more expensive side, it delivers a high quality cooking with great taste. tried Caldo Verde (soup), cod fishcakes (appetizer), and African Chicken (Main). the Caldo Verde was nice, I can't really compare it to any other as this is my first ever caldo verde. but i liked it. while the cod fishcakes does not taste special at all. I don't really sure whether it's fresh cod or bacalhau (salted cod) that they use for the fishcakes. While the african chicken is definitely good. tried on another place and it was not as good as Antonio's. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Super good food!!! we ordered the suckling pig, octopus rice and honeydew melon soup. surprisingly my most favourite dish was definitely the honeydew melon soup!!! it was so cold and refreshing that i wanted to order another one!! the only downside about this restaurant was that it was slightly on the pricier side. Absolutely delicious. The duck rice was very crisp, very delicious. The Portugese tart and dessert were very well made, I could taste the egg flavor in the tarts. Overall, 5 stars for food. The sausage which was roasted in front of us was very yummy and savoury The service was great, the waiters were very polite and helpful. They assisted us many times. The staff work very hard to assist the customers. You will have a great time here. Finally regarding the atmosphere, I found the music choices very apt, and I also enjoyed the sausage roasting show which was done in front of us. Masterfully done. I found myself amazed time and time again by the skills the waiters had. It is also a mix of fine and casual dining, as it has specific knives and forks for appetizers and main courses In conclusion I believe that this restaurant is one of the best Portugese cultural restaurants in Macau. Definitely come here The kid who you remembered Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
With a group of friends. The service was friendly and excellent. The wine list was well filled and the menu was rich with authentic Portuguese dishes. We ordered dishes to share as the individual portions were quite large. For beginners, the octopus salad was delicious. Thus the various Portuguese sausages and smoked ham were. For the net we had a well-charred octopus with potatoes and tomatoes, followed by Curry lobster rice. It was pretty good creamy and not very sharp. We enjoyed the Portuguese duckling, very tasteful. We wanted to try the black pig, but they were sold. So instead we had the fried pig. As a good choice crispy and tasty. It was a wonderful dinner. Will definitely be back.
Very traditional Portuguese restaurant. great eating, service and environment. is not for budget, but every dollar well spent imo. goat cheese toast entry is great and especially for me. the inflammatory banan desert is wonderful. the main course we order is as good as expected. extra credit to the babies friendly crews!
