While the staff were friendly and helpful, the hot stone plate was so intensely heated that my beef was already charcoaled by the time I sat down and flipped it—which was less than 20 seconds from the moment I took the meal straight from the kitchen to sitting down. So probably worth noting for the kitchen regarding temperature control. As for the location, the food court itself seems more catered towards staff working in the surrounding casinos and properties rather than being a spot for tourists or those looking for a dining experience. If you’re visiting Macau for leisure, I’d suggest exploring other options. If unsure, just go with #1 Beef Pepper Rice. It is a simple option and tastes pretty good. Otherwise, you can choose something else with other combinations of ingredients like corn, chicken and herbs.A few minutes later they will bring your plate which is sizzling hot. Mix everything up and let it cook for a few minutes. Wait a few more minutes before you start eating to avoid burning your mouth. All in all, it is a pretty good and relatively cheap food option at Parisian.
