Diner Burguer - Macaé

I found some things very average, not everything. Service is slow, waiters are confused, except for one who explained the menu very politely. We ordered all-you-can-eat burgers. The impression is that they are all the same, with the exception of one ingredient or another that, in the end, doesn 't make much difference. The soda refill is served well, the waiter takes the 2-liter coke to your table and serves it to you, which I found more convenient than the Coke syrup from other stores out there. The sweet burger is very lazy, Nutella with strawberries and bread on top, nothing impressive. The place we stayed was very comfortable. The bathroom is rotten! Both female and male, as I went with my family. There is a fee for the Kids area, I thought it was unnecessary. The price is very high for what it delivers. I would only go back if it weren 't for me to order rotation again, it 's not worth it.

The restaurant only has 2 Vegetarian burger options (chickpea and mushroom). I ordered 1 of each flavor. It took 10 minutes for them to inform us that they didn't have the mushroom one. So, I asked for both of them to be made with chickpeas. 50 minutes later, the order had not arrived, and other tables that were occupied later received their respective orders. I asked and they simply forgot to confirm the order. I had to wait another 20 minutes and it arrived cold. It was clear that the waiters have no training. They don't know the name of the dishes or even open a beer bottle with an opener. Furthermore, it doesn't make any sense to pay extra to replace meat of animal origin with the Vegetarian option.

Service, very bad! As soon as we arrived we were not instructed what the rotation would be like. I placed the orders and it took around 40 minutes for them to verify that they had lost the control. The starters arrived 55 minutes later. When the order arrived, it was missing what I had ordered. I ordered again and it took another 30 minutes to arrive at the table. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious. But I paid for a rotation that I didn't use. If I ate 5 burgers, it was a lot. I got there around 8:30 pm, and only left around 11:30 pm. I went on my birthday and had a terrible experience. I am not coming back!
