I used to go to Kroger once a year, when I got a $25 gift card from my work in November. A couple years ago Trader Joe 's stopped selling rye bread, so I tried the Kroger bakery rye and it is excellent. Then Kroger started making the rye on a sheet pan, it comes out kind an artisanal blob. I asked the bakery manager if she would make it in a bread pan for me, she agreed. Now I have a standing order, I 'm in Kroger ev... View all feedback.
What Rebecca B doesn't like about Kroger Bakery:
Sadly this is the Kroger closest to my residence. I decided to go out on a limb a preorder groceries. 70% of what I ordered was said to be unavailable. Since nothing frozen I ordered was given to me I decided to park and shop for my missing items. I was able to find all but 1 missing item. Also every time I visit the bathrooms are a disaster. This was the last straw. Even pre pandemic this is disgusting and shows the... View all feedback.
I really appreciate the sales at Kroger! Their "10 for $10" deals, "Buy 5" promotions, and highlighted produce are fantastic. Additionally, Kroger has competitive prices on toiletries and personal care products.
I visited Kroger today at 3 PM to buy some milk and also wanted to pick up some sliced pastrami. However, the deli counter had a sign indicating they would be back in 30 minutes. I approached Customer Service for assistance, and a man responded, saying they would return by 3:30 PM before leaving. He seemed a bit rude, pointed out the sign, and appeared annoyed that he had to come to the deli at all. I found it perplexing that a section would be closed without any backup. This experience reflected poor customer service and was, quite frankly, unacceptable. There were at least two other customers who needed assistance as well. It looks like I'll be heading to Publix from now on. Kroger needs to train their staff better to prevent situations like this in the future.
They begin closing two to three hours before the official closing time. The cashiers leave their stations to chat about their dating lives. I visited on January 12, 2022, and the place had an unpleasant odor. It’s honestly ridiculous how they conduct themselves here. The worst part was that a person in a leadership position was present but didn’t take any action. They were too preoccupied with counting the register. Why? Because they were closing three hours before the actual closing time.

Wasn't a fan of this Kroger, not the most clean or a good selection of items. Fruit vegetable selection wasn't the best.
