The food here is excellent! We've recommended this place to many of our friends. We often order takeout and have always been very satisfied with both the food and the service.

The customer service was incredibly disappointing, especially since I had heard positive things about this place. When my food arrived, I had to ask three times for ranch dressing, and my iced tea was never refilled. My cheeseburger was fine, but the onion rings were so greasy that they fell apart completely. Honestly, I would’ve been better off going to Wendy’s—no joke. When I got up to use the restroom, I came back to find all my napkins in my iced tea, and my food had been moved to the front of the bar. The bartender asked me if I had done that, and I said no. She just laughed and brushed it off, but at that point, I was done. My food was ruined along with the already poor service. I truly don’t understand how this place receives five-star reviews or how they manage to stay in business. I won’t be coming back.

I had my first visit to BnR and I'm glad I did! The Club sandwich was fantastic, and I couldn't resist adding some Fried Okra on the side—it was delicious! Afterward, we enjoyed some Margaritas. Our server was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. There were so many interesting things to look at on the walls; I really should have taken some pictures!
