Toscana Dining - Mabalacat
Toscana Dining
Description
Located in Clark, this restaurant shines on weekend buffets with abundant seafood—lobster, crab, sashimi, tomahawk steak, dimsum, grilling stations, a crisp salad bar and tempting pastries (some packages include beer). Weekend service and atmosphere are praised, making it a lively spot for groups and seafood lovers. Weekday à la carte can feel pricey, and guests note inconsistent food temperature, occasional slow service and a problematic restroom odor. Overall, a festive buffet destination with mixed weekday experiences.

Most disappointing lobster buffet! There is a notice limiting guests with 2 Lobsters per queue. In reality, they'll give you only two halves, so technically, you only get 1 lobster. Lobsters were not fresh and rubbery. No one from our table attempted for a second serving. Probably, it's Toscana's way of cost saving. Don't make the food great so people won't go back for more. Baked scallops from the grilling station are bland. Stir fry seafood is bland. Mediocre choices of dessert. Overall, waste of money.
The lobster which are main focal dish was very lite no meat mostly fillers ,all the seem to be subsituded by fillers all the meats .water glasses to small ,service is very slow ,literally the only good is rosted beef and atmosphere but other than that not good experience..we will not going back there again ,good that they are closing it down soon ..and stay closed.not worth the money at all Food: 1
Overrated not good quality of seafoods not good combinations of buffet menus and 2k per head is plus plus plus.... Not so sulit. Stressful buffet as you need to queue and every stop you have to say how many you want not so pleasant approach. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Food is not worth the money. They have very few food selections and they don’t refill/restock (sashimi) at 7:30 even though they close at 9pm. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
We decided to try eating here for the second time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE The teppanyaki steak was rotten. We told the supervisor, who took the food back to the kitchen. After a few minutes, they returned and told my wife, with a dismissive attitude, that they had tasted the steak and it was not rotten, accusing us of lying and insisting they would never serve rotten food. I have eaten Japanese teppanyaki steak for a very long time and can certainly tell if the meat is rotten or not. We will never go back to this restaurant. Taste Lobster: 2/5 not fresh (but did not try the grilled) Shrimp: 2/5 not fresh Tempura: 3/5 first time i heard in a buffet that you can only get 3pcs per plate Roast beef: 3/5 same 1 cut then slice into small 3pcs per plate Tomahawk: 1/5 very dry and same 1 cut then slice into small 3pcs per plate 3k per head is not worth eating. Of all the buffet i’ve eaten, this the first time i encouter a limit of food on your plate and you call this buffet
