Friendly staff and good food.
My friend and I ordered chicken through the drive-thru, expecting a bucket with all breasts and one with all thighs. We also ordered extra sides: coleslaw, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese with gravy, and extra biscuits. However, when we arrived at my daughter's place to eat, there were only 4 breasts and 4 thighs, 1 mashed potatoes, 1 gravy, 2 coleslaw, 2 mac and cheese, and the biscuits were raw and smashed. This was definitely not enough to feed 7 people. We felt very disappointed and shortchanged.
I Bought A 10 Piece Feast And Didn't Get All That I Ordered. They Forgot To Give Me Gravy. Also I Waited Along Time And Also The Baked Beans Tasted Like They Was A Couple Days Old.This Was At Inez, KY KFC/Taco Bell.
I like that KFC's menu allows you to order just two or three pieces of chicken, as well as family meals. It’s perfect for picky eaters like mine.
The food tastes much better than it did years ago when we tried it this past February.
