First time I went it was delicious, I clean the plate. The elk steak was medium like I ordered and my wife ordered some salmon with pasta that was super good. This was 5 months ago. I went last night and it was something completely different. I ordered elk steak medium and it was not the same I eat before the crab cake was super good. My wife had some salmon and pasta well the salmon was good but the pasta was like romaine noodles. The margaritas ? was really good. The service was super. My conclusion,,, they should have a better chef ?‍? for the price of the food.. Amazing place just that we are paying to have a great experience and I was a Lil disappointed..

I also enjoyed the salmon with creamy lemon and garlic sauce, which was full of flavor. The salmon was cooked to near perfection, though just a bit overdone. The staff were welcoming, and the restaurant’s decor is charming. I definitely recommend checking out Prime Cut’s menu and paying a visit!
