I had some reservations due to... read more I had a conversation with the management about hosting my rehearsal lunch here the day before my wedding, following my rehearsal. I had some reservations due to poor communication and unclear guidelines regarding what was needed. For instance, I was initially informed that an exact headcount wasn't necessary, but later on, they requested a guest count to confirm the reservation. Despite my doubts, I proceeded with setting my menu and providing a guest count. I communicated the exact date and time I would come to drop off the deposit check, assuming that my spot would be secured based on our previous discussions. However, just a few days before I was scheduled to bring in my check, I was notified that the spot had been given to someone else who had already paid. This was extremely frustrating, as I received no warning at all; I would have gladly mailed the check if I had known the reservation was still open. Now, with only a few weeks left until my wedding, I find myself without a venue for my rehearsal lunch. This situation has not only been a significant disappointment, but it also reflects poorly on their professionalism. The only silver lining is that, given how everything unfolded, I may have avoided further complications and miscommunications in the future.

Would never return and live in the area.
