Horrible experience! I came to enjoy the play area, but it was closed even though the signs clearly stated it would be open until 5 PM, and it was only 4:15 PM. So frustrating! The food was also very greasy and quite unappetizing. To top it off, they didn't remove the bones from the chicken nuggets. Yuck! I will definitely not be coming back.
I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars primarily because I chose to leave due to the presence of some older children—possibly middle or early high school age—in the play area. These girls were behaving inappropriately for a space meant for younger kids. Additionally, there was no reason for four high school or middle school girls to be so loud or crowding a single restroom. The young man with them was quiet; I barely noticed him until I decided to leave with my grandson. It’s unfortunate that the staff didn’t address the girls' behavior, as they seemed unaware of how to act respectfully. This is particularly disappointing because the friendliness of the staff, the accuracy of the orders, and the cleanliness of the establishment are outstanding compared to most McDonald's I've visited. I plan to return, but I hope that particular group of girls is not there so my grandson can enjoy the play area.
The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff was quite rude, and the cleanliness left much to be desired; the place felt very dirty overall.
Best customer service and best team ever love coming here to take my daughter to play place and love picking up deliveries from here!!!
