When I asked, she res... read more The woman in the back who was preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves. I had to ask the staff if they could request that she put some on. When I asked, she responded by saying that she washed her hands and that it was just as good as wearing gloves. However, from my experience working in the food industry, I know that it's necessary to wear gloves when handling food.
