We were greeted by the manager and the chief. The menu, from aperitif to dessert, is an invitation to travel to Japan, it changes Japanese restaurants offering mainly sushi and makis. I especially recommend their yuzunade (a yuzu lemonade), their gyozas (the speciality of the house), the saké served hot, the curry of rice and the fried pork We have tasted the waffle and mochi accompanied by a matcha served in the pure tradition of the tea ceremony by the cheffe.
