The size and familiar atmosphere of a bistro, the class of a very good restaurant, the awkward welcome between the patron's maid (who serves) and the luminous smile of the boss (who cookse); it is well and the dishes are at the height of authentic cuisine, fresh with quality products. We spent a very good evening at Tanuki, a faultless from beginning to end, authentic flavors and a very nice boss! We recommend it!

1 word: excellence For the long version, we arrived at the beginning of the service with my companion for dinner on site. We were greeted by the manager and the chief. The menu, from aperitif to dessert, is an invitation to travel to Japan, it changes Japanese restaurants offering mainly sushi and makis. I especially recommend their yuzunade (a yuzu lemonade), their gyozas (the speciality of the house), the saké served hot, the curry of rice and the fried pork We have tasted the waffle and mochi accompanied by a matcha served in the pure tradition of the tea ceremony by the cheffe. We will return to our next weekend in Lyon!!
