Unbelievably rude staff. After a night at the cinema me, my wife and two friends popped in excited to try a new restaurant. We popped on our masks, went to the reception and had our Covid passports at the ready. Three separate members of staff stood in front of us, talking without even a ‘Bon Soir’. We waited as they carried on their business ignoring four people stood in the entrance to the restaurant for a bizarre amount of time. We decided to leave and had a lovely meal at Casa Raphaela where we were greeted warmly.

Food not warm, send it back twice! After 1st time, I got the same burger which had been microwaved. Third time:… new burger, only luck warm. Taste of food is good though. Fresh salad! Tabel not clean.

Excellent service and food. We were treated with respect despite not speaking French. They are open earlier compared to the other restaurants in the Mall. Good choice if we want to eat at six pm.

The place looks very nice, unfortunately the staff is really unpolite not welcoming,they are unorganised, unprofessional, stressed. If the company will reorganise the staff I think this location has an excellent potential. Overall I don't recommend to go here until the much needed work is done.

Arrived, moderately busy and stood by the counter for five minutes to get allocated a table. Staff whizzed by us, but ignored us. So we found a table. A waitress delivered water and two glasses and said a colleague would bring s menu and take an order. 15 minutes later, a family of four sat at the table behind us. Five minutes later they were given menus...by the waitress who'd said a colleague would attend to us. We waited, and eventually asked the family if we could borrow one of their menus. The family had their order taken, their drinks arrived. We got no service. After 40 minutes trying to attract attention I stood up and stopped one of the waitresses. Rude...she told me they were busy and we'd be seen to. I explained (in fluent French albeit with an anglo accent) the family at the next table had arrived after us, were given menus, drinks, and now their food arrived. At the front a table was cleaned a couple sat down, and immediately they were brought menus. She shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn't her problem. Not one member of staff apart from delivering water had acknowledged us. My conclusion is that this was racist anti-British behaviour. Avoid...after that exchange we walked away having wasted 45 minutes. **** poor.
