there are two starbucks in shopping mall. Third floor is less crowded than the other but they have not enough tables! and they gave my cake without plate so i was little bit embarrassed: View all feedback.

ordered an iced matcha and a cookie and waited 15 minutes for my drink then I asked what had happened to my order and they had no ticket for me. At this point they made it quickly and apologized but it was rushed and honestly tasted bad. Dont come here if you’re in a rush View all feedback.
I really didn't appreciate hearing how badly the manager talked to his employees, shameful... Happy employees make happy customers, you need to teach your management how to treat the employees properly...
Ordered a mocha, got an iced coffee drink, not what I expected. I looked at my feet and drunk it, it was not bad.
