From the road to Lyon, don't hesitate to discover the specialty of the shop La Praluline preferably in great model for a topissimo mellow.. you will probably be drawn to the smell a few meters before arriving at the shop where you make a small queue to access the grale

I have just received a parcel of Pralus following up the message below. I want to say that it's very appreciable to be taken into consideration. Thanks again Jecsuis an addict of the infernal bars including that to the pistachio. On a visit to Lyon I rush to Pralus. Upon returning home to Aix-en-Provence, my disappointment was great in constant that the black chocolate was bleaching and the dry and granular pistachio. No taste. Even on the orange bar. It seems that "fatty bleaching" appears to it when the chocolate suffers large temperature deviations during its conservation. Infernally disappointed.

Brioches are excellent, probably the best I could taste. 6.50€ the small brioche (which is not so small that it)

Probably the best brioches to the Lyon pralines. You will find 2 brioches in 300g and 600g which is quite imposing, but which let themselves eat fast enough for the greedy ones. At the shop I bought them warm and they stayed mellow several days. Friendly welcome, quick and efficient service. I recommend without hesitation the detour.

I bought a pralined brioche of 300 g. She was good. A great improvement in the recipe compared to 2 years ago. I also took a natural "mousseline" brioche. It's a little sweet about a classic brioche nature, but it's pretty good The sellers became smiling. But there is no hydro-alcoholic gel at the inlet of disinfected hands

Awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1955, Chef Auguste Pralus is known for his pink praline brioche (pink pralines are a food specialty of Lyon). This is 1 of 18 shops in France

The best one I have ever tried.
