Thanks again Jecsuis an addict of the infernal bars including that to the pistachio. On a visit to Lyon I rush to Pralus. Upon returning home to Aix-en-Provence, my disappointment was great in constant that the black chocolate was bleaching and the dry and granular pistachio. No taste. Even on the orange bar. It seems that "fatty bleaching" appears to it when the chocolate suffers large temperature deviations during its conservation. Infernally disappointed.
