The servers were very helpful. They do not however, have gluten free soy sauce.

We came in about half hour before closing and for some reason, restaurants in Lyon don't open when the hours say they are open and close before the hours say they are closed. This was consistent across town, so travelers be wary, open at 7 actually means 7:30 and close at 10 means we don't let anyone in after 9:30. That said, they did let us in, but let us know that what was on the belt was what there was and they wouldn't be adding anything new, which is fair enough. We had some rolls that were not particularly glamorous because it was the end of the night, but were decent. We were mainly impressed with not having to go back to our hotel hungry. The wait staff didn't speak a lot of English, but made a sincere effort for us and were very friendly. As I don't speak any French, this was quite welcoming for some tired, hungry travelers.

The fish is not very high quality, the rice is smoother than elsewhere, the prices are going up fast and you take several small plates. We were hungry and We ended up paying 100€ for 3 which is a bit expensive taking into account the average level and the fact that We only drank 3 cokes.
