I first stumbled upon this place while studying abroad in Lyon in I quickly became friends with the owner. A year and a half later, I came back and he remembered me immediately! Not only is the stuff incredibly welcoming and kind, the food...is special here. Cheaply priced food for big quantities... the formulaire is such a great deal if you want dessert. I dream of this place- always a must for me when I go to Lyon. The salad comes with half a bagel toasted and is a wonderful deal. You can't go wrong here !!
Chéres cousines is a cute little restaurant specializing in bagel sandwiches and homemade desserts (cookies, brownies, crumble.. The owner is welcoming and warm; the kind of guy that always remembers a name and a face. The bagels are delicious and there is a variety of...sandwich recipes to chose from. All with an inviting atmosphere
This place is so good. I am a vegetarian and after almost a week of lyonnaise food, which for me means salad with goats cheese; most if the time, finding this place was amazing. The place is original and when you sit at the tables...you have windows around you like in an airplane, magical place for travelers. Food is really good, best bagel I ever had. And the caffe manager was also really friendly, and the crumble apple' desert he made was amazing. Thank you
