Great care has been taken with the sauces, the cooking techniques, and the quality of the ingredients. Everything is thoughtfully considered, balanced, and perfectly executed. The service was elegant and natural, and the wine list was excellent, featuring a superb Chambolle-Musigny from Roumier to complement the meal. This restaurant clearly deserves its Michelin star.
