We went for lunch and chose the 3 course menu. The food was delicious, new tastes and creative combinations. We added a cheese course, which were also very good. To accompany our meal we chose an orange wine which was superb. The service was also impeccable. The restaurant is small, so booking well in advance is essential if you want to get a table. We had lunch at apothicaires, we were greeted very nicely by a lady. Not a big choice of menu. One of the first course fried fish was excellent and the other one was okay. We both had Hake fish and i think it was done by sous vide and then grilled. It has made the texture of the fish very soft and watery, shame. Not up to a star! I can post a review as a gift. My sister and my brother-in-law went to this restaurant and waited 1:30 before being served... Obviously, the waiters had forgotten them and the kitchen did not understand that this table had no cooking order. How did the servers spend an entire service in front of an unserved table? How could we not see in the kitchen that there was no order for this table? Because the room is small with 25 blankets... My sister and her husband are so kind that they waited for more than an hour before asking for a waitress. Another 20 minutes before the chef wants to come to their table to apologize and offer with great goodness a ninth meal offered! I am outraged by little consideration in a starred restaurant. Certainly, the meal was excellent according to their words, but the Michelin star is conditioned by a whole. In short, mistakes and forgotten things happen, must it still be properly compensated behind... I expected their return to leave... I'll pass my way! PS: My sister is still too nice to post a negative opinion. As it was my gift to her, I'll take care of the comment.

Lunch with 5 dishes with 3 glasses of wine. The frame is atypical and very pleasant. The balance and accuracy of each dish is incredible. A high-quality ratio defying any competition in the region.
