Invited by my evening partner for my 25th anniversary in this mobile restaurant with a very original concept, we were absolutely sublimated by the variety and quality of the dishes offered. We tasted the winter menu oriented around flavors adapted to this season. We decorated the dishes of a Chardonnay and a Savigny 1er Cru which were directly selected by a sommelier. Few words describe the flavor of the dishes that have been a real without fault in culinary and gastronomic terms both at the presentation level, cooking and balance of flavors as well as the chain of dishes. We have seen a real driving thread throughout the evening and no sense of lassitude has been shown during the meal. A small remark, however, on the second dish where you would have enjoyed more sauce on the basis of poultry and pieces, but it is a question of taste and balance perhaps personal. On the other hand, we assign a special mention to this reblochon approach in terms of texture. The dishes are cooked by a chef and a subtitle in the bus itself, they do not own any central building the concept is pushed to the end since the plates are prepared and arranged at the minute. Of course, dishes requiring preparation (such as gratin dauphinois) are designed before service; Like a classic restaurant. The service was very professional, friendly and dignified with a gastronomic restaurant; fast and fluid the dishes were chained for three hours with a sober and modern presentation. The bus ride around Lyon is almost imperceptible, driving is very soft and none has been regretted. A small tablet reads the historical descriptions of the 25 places visited during the ballad. However, we will regret a lack of indication on arrival at any place you need to know to stay focused not to lose! In summary, the experience was quite exceptional and deserves to be more known and exported. We wish the team a pleasant success.
