From the little people of Lyon I found in this cap all the kitchen of my childhood. decor and staging are not worked as in the fake tourist caps, the Lyon mentality, warm and welcoming, without chichi or simour, makes it so feel like home. It is quite home, and the sapper apron is a real delight, melting and tasteful. It tastes like the counter, it's harassing through the room, it smells like the beaujolais.
