Decale is a bit less traditional with some quite inventive dishes. I was struck by the farm egg in pastry with a fricassee of wild mushroom. And I very much enjoyed the paleron of veal. I had tried the address on a previous visit to Lyon in the Spring, and was glad to revisit. Indeed, I went for lunch and then back for dinner! And they have an interesting selection of wines by the glass that complement the dishes.
