Franklin's Steakhouse - Lyon

Food is really good, very traditional American which is surprising in Lyon. Only complaint is the music, very Texas, redneck country. I think they did play a song named I'm a redneck woman. My suggestion to the owner or staff is to find a better Pandora/Spotify station.

The atmosphere and service was excellent. But it was the worst hamburger doesn't worth the money

Yes, me and friends of mine had your most expensive stake the dry-aged angus beef on Wednesday Jan This meal gave me food posioning (diarrea) in the night and morning following the dinner. Some parts of the steak tasted rotten but I assumed it's how it is supposed to taste (my first time trying dry aged beef), so I didn't complain. Never again.

Very good products! The kitchen was perfect, and little more for the gratin of sweet potatoes I loved. The decoration and music are also pleasant, it immediately plunges us into a different style as in an old bar! It is a little expensive but it is understandable given the quality of the products.

To make it simple, it is the best steak in Lyon, the disbursement is total at all levels. The meat is of remarkable quality, the service is fast and absolutely efficient, the ravishing atmosphere, what a wonderful experience. The price is justified.
