In this restaurant, we had lunch very well even if it was 16 hours. everything is gluten-free.The salads are excellent. is worth the detour, especially the sunny days where you can sit and eat outside.
Excellent address near the Lyon Work Exchange. the products are good and fresh. simple recipes, tasteful. Not much choice, but we find his happiness there. I was able to enjoy an excellent club sandwich and a cake. The bread is just excellent. good cuisine, team listening to customers and impeccable service. an address to advise for true gluten-inherents. When will you open a similar betting restaurant?
I strongly recommend this restaurant where I have lunch with girls and girls: the welcome is warm and especially the dishes offered are cooked with fresh products and are succulent. I'll go back with great pleasure!!
It is on sun terrace that I enjoyed my lunch break, the welcome is pleasant, everything is fresh and homemade (even Mayonnaise what is really top). The kitchen is simple, good and tastefully. bread is super good also and juices made in excellent minutes. I highly recommend and I will come back very quickly!
Passing to lyon, we went to this restaurant and enjoyed the menu: simple, good. the card is restricted, quality pledge (homemade). reception and service are friendly. The prices are correct, I would have just enjoyed that there is also a flat formula dessert drink. I strongly recommend this address for those looking for a place to eat fairly quickly and healthyly.

We walk into the cafe at 2 pm and there was no one in the cafe , we want to order for a drink and a salad the staff said impossible because she is going to close in an hour, we said it is enough for us to finish .. then she is very unwilling to help us made the order , and complaining that our order if too small !! It’s a shocking to hear that and it’s our first time to meet a such rudeness and unfriendly staff!! The drink we ordered has very odd taste!! We will never go back again !!
Having just spent 4 days at Les Arcs where gluten free is hard/impossible to come from what a joy it was to come to Five on our day trip into Lyon and not even have to worry what was gluten free because it all is! The server was very patient with us as we muddled our way through ordering in French (he spoke English as well and was very helpful, but also entertained our practicing . I was just too excited to have a real gf meal : AND icing on the cake they had matcha lattes (my fav The food was delicious, we got the club sandwiches (veggie for myself and chicken for the bf , cheesecake and patisserie de jour. Well done!!
Five is located at a beautiful square in Lyon. It might not look like much, but once you go inside you are met by a very welcoming, service minded employee. He informed us about everything we needed to know and even though the French aren’t known for being good at English, the employee did his very best! The food was delicious especially the bread witch was gluten-free was absolutely amazing! We will definitely return!
What a wonderful spot for a gluten free meal! My husband and I popped in here for lunch and loved it. We each had the chicken club sandwich. The chicken was delicious and the bread sublime. I saw several people coming in and buying just the bread (if I lived in Lyon I'd be doing the same thing). It isn't a fancy place, more like a cantine, but the decor is nice and modern and the service fast. There's even a little corner of gluten free products you can take home with you.
In a city where gluten free is hard to come by this cafe is a gem in the crown Everything served is gluten free which for guests like myself takes the trauma out of scanning the menu to decide what you can/can’t have. Sandwiches, soups and a hot snack choice all come conveniently wrapped which beans you can eat in with fellow guests or can just take away. Drinks also include health juices to gluten free beer. The staff are very efficient and really helpful, and they even have pre-packed goodies like dried pasta or biscuits that I would struggle to locate in the UK If your in France and are gluten free this is definitely the place for you
