Cafe de la Cloche - Lyon

Beautiful coffee shop, a bit slow as they need to queuing the counters they are for all g time. but otherwise very nice

This place looks beautiful and is in a convenient location for sight seeing. However, the service was a bit rude and unhelpful and the vegan options were very limited. What we did get didn’t taste that great, and although I have no issue with tempeh not always being vegan, it was weird that the tempeh burger had cheese all over it (my fault for not reading the label properly) Wouldn’t really recommend over the other choices nearby like Cafe Verte

Had a Tofu burger here and a drink. The food was simple and wholesome, the coffee was great. They also promote ethical products with their own range of chocolates (which I didn’t try). The only observation is that as a non-french speaker, I was lucky to get a great front of house manager that walked me through the purchasing process. You select your burger from the fridge on the left and then they prepare it. Never would have worked that out so thanks!

Very nice staff. I had an amazing coffee and probably the best package ever. really recommend stopping by. also the bathroom was clean and spacious.
