I took a dish of the day, cooked lamb 8 hours with rice, chick peas and vermicelles. A real gustative trip. On a background of traditional Turkish music, I spent my lunch on the Istanbul docks.

Indeed a wide choice, dishes better than others, and a staff with a small onion! The perfect mix for a restaurant like me!
