Instead, what emerges from this machine is a pale, lackluster mixture, reminiscent of a forgotten backwater stream, completely devoid of the deep, enchanting flavor that espresso should possess. To add insult to injury, an overwhelming amount of milk dilutes whatever meager character this brew might have offered, transforming my cup into a swirling sea of blandness. I’m left holding what is labeled as ‘coffee,’ but is, in reality, a betrayal of the very essence of coffee—70% disappointment and an aftertaste of sadness.

I worked incredibly hard for this company, complying with every request, yet I'd come into work each morning only to be yelled at. Perhaps the most alarming issue was the mite infestation that lasted over a month without any action taken. The mites were in everyone's drinks, crawling on us, and even getting into our cars—literally everywhere. Management instructed us not to inform customers, which is unacceptable. The entire experience became exhausting and created a toxic work environment. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for employment.

Instead, what emerges is a pale, uninspired brew that resembles a stagnant creek, devoid of the deep, enchanting allure that real espresso possesses. To make matters worse, an overwhelming amount of milk drowns any trace of flavor this drink might have contained, leaving me with a cup that resembles a swirling sea of blandness. What I hold is deceptively labeled as 'coffee,' yet in truth, it is a betrayal of the very essence of the drink—filled to the brim with disappointment and leaving a lingering taste of sadness.
